What happens to board meals if I don't use them up every week?
Depending on your plan, board meals are reset every Sunday.
What are Falcon Points?
Falcon Points are dollars that can be used at the BBC, Siebert Lutheran Dining Hall, the Falcon Nest, or the vending machines on campus. Each Falcon Point is the equivalent to one dollar.
What happens to Falcon Points if I don't use them up?
Falcon Points that remain at the end of the semester are forfeited.
Where can I use board meals?
You can use your board meals at Siebert Lutheran Dining Hall, the BBC, and the Falcon Nest.
Can I use my board meals for a guest?
Yes if you are on one of the Block Meal Plans you may use any meal for guest. If you are on the other meal plans, you may use Falcon Points.
Do I have to have a meal plan?
It is University policy that if you are staying in the resident halls on campus you must have a meal plan.
When can I change my meal plan?
You are only able to change your meal plans before the first week of classes each semester.
How do I add money to my card?
Stop by the University Business Office in Luther (by admissions) to add money to your card or to purchase a meal plan.
Where can I go on campus if I have questions about my meal plan?
You can visit the CUW Dining Services in Siebert Lutheran Dining Hall.
